Scavenger Hunt Sunday - November 2, 2014

Welcome!  -  Hope your week has been a good one.  It seems anymore I can hardly find time to fit everything in that I want or need to do.  -  Thank you all for visiting and commenting.  I truly appreciate it.

So let's get started on this weeks SCAVENGER HUNT SUNDAY hosted by Ashley (Ramblings and Photos).  This weeks prompts were:
Dress Up, Candy, Fall Colors, Trick or Treat and Photographers Choice.

DRESS UP:

Coleen decided to "dress up" Spooky-boo in a Halloween costume.  He doesn't seem to be enjoying it but oh does he look cute.

CANDY:  We like to have a good selection of "candy" at our house on Halloween even though we don't get many trick-or-treaters coming by . I think we managed about 30 this year.

FALL COLORS:

While out for a photo drive we spotted this bush and vine and had to stop to get a picture.  I think these "fall colors" are really beautiful.

TRICK or TREAT:

Do you think this candy Coleen is eating was a "trick or a treat?"

PHOTOGRAPHERS CHOICE:

Coleen picked up one of the neighborhood cats (Helix) the other day and he was just soaking up the attention.  They looked so sweet together that I had to get a picture and it's my "photographers choice" this week.

I hope you've enjoyed my interpretations of the hunt.  Do check out the other participants.

NEXT WEEKS prompts are:  My View, In My Bag, Warm, Sleeping and Part of the Body.

  5. Spooky-boo is obviously *not* happy. I bet the candy she had were the sour skittles. Those red leaves and the curve they are on are beautiful.
Helix does look contented. We have a new neighborhood cat here that showed up a few days ago. Hides in the sewer which does give it some shelter. Beautiful colors but it is obviously starving. My neighbor feeds it and I do too a little. It has blue eyes and is white with tan coloring. Hope to get a picture of it one day.

  18. Coleen with the cat is a beautiful shot. The fall foliage took my breath away. IF we see color like that here it won't be until the end of the month.

  20. The last photo of Coleen and Helix really is so sweet. I love the bright colors Coleen is wearing, and she looks so peaceful and content. A gorgeous fall photo with the dripping foliage. I don't know what that shrub is, but I sure love it. Of course, Spooky Boo looks adorable in his costume. He seems to be tolerating it reasonably well.
