More surprise visitors

We have a lot of different animals show up around here, lots of cats, a raccoon now and then and possums as well (even though we live in town on a busy street).  This though was a first.  Spotted one of the neighborhood cats looking down at our driveway and this is what it was looking at.

                                 Momma was moving fast.

The babies all caught up to her and then headed down the sidewalk. - They've been seen in the neighborhood for most of the summer in various places.

As they marched on down the sidewalk I caught this kitty eyeballing them as they headed towards it.

I warned it not to mess with Momma turkey though.

  1. Wow, great shots. We get lots of bunnies, and occasionally deer and elk.

  2. And they are walking down the sidewalk just like people do!! I LOVE the stealthy cat that you captured, how fun! Wonder what brings them there, maybe they are running short of food?

  3. Well that's something you don't get to see every day. How fun. I wonder what that cat thought of all those turkeys

  4. How cute to see the turkey family.

  5. Gosh. Every year there seems to be more turkeys. They first showed up in our neighborhood one fall a few years ago and now it seems they're here year round. This is the first year I've seen the babies. They do grow fast! Yes, that kitty would be wise to steer clear! I enjoyed your pretty flower pics in the previous post, too. Thanks, Ida!
