Sparks - January 8, 2018

Welcome! - Well the Christmas decorations are down  & put away for another year.  Life is slowly returning to normal (if there is such a thing).

So it's time to join in for this week's SPARKS hosted by Annie (McGuffy's Reader).

We all need some positive encouragement in our lives and this is a great way to do it.

Trying hard to stay "positive" this year.

In fact I think that may just be me "Word" for this year.

Have a wonderful week.

  2. Love the quote and the picture. Decorations are all put away here too but I have so much cleaning to do. Instead I spent the day in the craft room and on the computer

  9. Sometimes it's hard to be positive but if we try we can do it. Being negative will get us nowhere.

  10. Yes! Amen. Beautiful Sparks, my friend. HUGS.

Our Kenzie has been sick. We spent the day at the vet, again. It seems she has a severe infection, so is on antibiotics. When this round is complete, she will have more tests. They think she could have more than one issue. She will be 11 next month. Prayers are appreciated.

  11. I loved the photo and the message. I have to try to remember to be more positive. It is so dark and raining here and I tend to get depressed. I think I will write out your message.

  14. Positive would be a fantastic word for the year! I was not sad to see 2017 go.....not the best year for us. I'm cautiously optimistic about 2018! I wish for you all the best life has to offer going into this new year.

  15. Ida,

I agree being positive allows good things to happen and at the very least you can see the good in the bad. Great "Sparks" of encouragement!
