Songography - Unwritten Edition



It's a "New" year and lots of new beginnings await each and everyone of us.  How we deal with them determines what kind of  year it will be.

The theme song for this weeks SONGOGRAPHY  is,  Unwritten by Natasha Bedingfield.

I forgot to mention that I'll also be doing SCAVENGER HUNT SUNDAY which you can find by clicking on the link.

I liked the line in the song about a,  Blank Page because that's exactly what each new year is.  A blank page of life to be written by each of us everyday of that year.


I was out today for a walk with Coleen and my mom's dog, Pixie.  We passed by a church and the sunlight was illuminating through the window so beautifully.  -  When I went to pick out a photo for this song this is what came to mind and so that's what I'm going with.

I hope that my year's blank pages are filled with many new beginnings and illuminated with God's loving light as I journey through it.

    Hi Ida, I am not familiar with the song but your extraordinary photo is perfect for the lyrics.

    I have a blog friend in Australia whose husband passed away last week. I have a precious family friend of mother's who is in hospice this week. It brings to mind that we all have good and bad times but God sees us through each trial. So thankful for His goodness and mercy.

    i love "unwritten"... one year it was the school song at the elementary school i worked at :) i love "live your life with arms wide open" !!!
